About CUCET 2014: Central Universities Common Entrance Test is an all-India test being organized by ten Central Universities together, for admission to about 200 Integrated, Post-graduate & Research Programmes in Universities. CUCET provides a single window opportunity to the students to seek admission to about 200 programmes across ten Universities.

- Admission to an academic program is subject to applicant’s fulfilling eligibility conditions for various programs as notified in the respective Universities’ websites. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria for the program he is applying for as notified by the concerned University.
How to apply for CUCET 2014.
- Candidates can apply either through the online mode or through offline payment of fees.
- Online mode of payment: Students can make payment online, while filling the on-line application form, using Debit / Credit card powered by Master or Visa, or through net-banking facility, by following the instructions on-line.
- Interbank transfer can be made to below mentioned account by the candidate or his/her parent through any bank where you have account.

- After making the on-line payment, please retain the details (like amount, date, whether paid through Debit/Credit/Net Banking, transaction number/UTR No, etc) and print out of the on-line payment receipt generated. You will be required to fill-in these details in on-line application form.
- Please bring, and show on demand, the payment receipt/UTR No. at the time of appearing for CUCET Test at your centre.
- For Offline mode of payment: Payment in Cash at any branch of Bank of India: Go to the official website and click on Login using the Login Id and Password you have received. Continue to fill the remaining part of the application form. When you come to Fee Payment, opt for Offline Mode of Payment. Download the Challan form. Ensure that the Challan is having a Challan No. Please note down this Challan No. for future reference. Fill in the necessary details as above.
- Using this challan make the payment of fees in cash at any of branches of Bank of India. After making the payment, the bank will return the Student's and the University counterfoils of the Challan duly stamped with (a) Branch Name & Code Number, (b) TRANSATION ID (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
- After the fee payment, go to CUCET website, login using Login Id and password, and complete the remaining application form online. The details of amount paid, date, bank name and branch where paid, challan no., UTR No., Transaction ID, etc. will be required to be filled in when you complete and finally submit the application form online. Student must keep the "students' copy" of the CHALLAN (in original) to be shown at the examination centre.
- Without counterfoil of the fee payment challan / UTR Receipt, students will not be allowed to appear for the online/offline test
